How do we send goods?
For items in stock we generally ship the same day or the day when payment is confirmed. Our shipping days are Tuesday to Friday each week.
For items not in stock we will inform you of the lead time and ask if you wish to split the shipment. Orders are sent via Australia Post eParcel courier or Express satchels for prompt delivery. The Australia Post service goes everywhere and enables you to pick up from a post office if you miss the courier.
For Australian orders we use:
- Regular Post Eparcel Road Freight for battery orders and orders over 5kg
- Express Post for other orders up to 5kg
In Stock: Items in our catalog listed as "In Stock" means we have the stuff ready to ship. Orders are normally sent around 5PM EST each day.
Out of Stock: We normally stock these items but have run out. New stock will be available soon, contact us if you require to know when.
The stock levels on our web site are updated as orders are taken but sometimes we will be out of stock on an item you have ordered as we can not guarantee our stock levels are 100% accurate at all times due to factors such as bad counting or damaged stock. If one or more of the items your ordered are out of stock then we will first contact you for instructions on how or if you would like to proceed. Naturally your order would be at the front of the queue when new stock arrives.
If an item in your cart is out of stock or a special order, you will be notified that the item is on backorder before you begin the checkout process.
You have two options for how to handle the shipment of your backorders:
- Two shipments: All available items will ship now; all backordered items will ship later.
- One shipment: Your order will be held until all items are available.
